Prevention and Wellness Services offers free, confidential information sessions for students interested in learning more about sex and sexual health, including:
- Safer sex methods & contraception
- STI testing, treatment & prevention
- Talking with partners about sex
- Sexual pleasure and consent
These sexual health info sessions are led by trained Peer Sexual Health Educators, and students consistently report that the sessions help them feel more comfortable talking about sex and more prepared to take care of their sexual health. 100% of participants say that they would recommend this resource to their friends.
How to make an appointment
You can book your own appointment for a sexual health info session by selecting an appointment time from the calendar below and submitting a completed appointment request form. Walk-ins are also available during the hours listed on the calendar, and there may be a short wait time if you do not have a scheduled appointment. Sexual health information sessions are held in the Student Health Center, located on the 2nd floor of the Campus Services building (see map). Please check in at the front desk to let us know you are here to meet with a Peer Sexual Health Educator.
