Discover Your Best Self ... It Got You Here!

A series of circles sharing components of best self set around another circle with the word BestSelf inside.

YOU have incredible strengths and talents, otherwise you would not be here. You have had many challenges along the way but these attributes have helped you overcome those challenges.

The circles show the strengths that allow and encourage people to be their BEST SELF. Research shows that when people practice these they have a strong sense of wellbeing, happiness, and resiliency! They are able to function at a high level even in the face of adversity.
